Organised by MARUPAKKAM in association with educational institutions, film and cultural groups, and voluntary organisations.

Entries Invited under the following sections and categories :

Sections :1) International films 2) Rest of India 3) Films from Tamilnadu

Categories : documentaries, short films, animation films, music videos and experimental films

*entries can be sent as DVDs or files
*non competitive film festival
*no entry fee
*no restriction on themes
*no duration limit for documentaries
*duration limit for short films - 20 min

* only the films made within last 24 months are eligible for selection
*only the films recommended by the selection committee will be screened
